Job^Rush ([TBC: Dimitar: the legal entity name and ABN operating this site go here]) operates the website at www.jobrush.com.au, a jobs directory. Job^Rush lists job ads so that employers and job seekers can find each other; a section for one-off jobs and contractors is planned (section 9).

Job^Rush is a directory. It is not your employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any job, employment contract, interview, hiring decision or one-off job arranged through the site. Any agreement you reach with another user, whether an employer, a job seeker, a poster or a contractor, is between the two of you, not with Job^Rush.

You may hold one account per person or business. Give true and current details when you register, and keep them up to date on your profile.

When you register, Job^Rush emails you a generated password. You must change it the first time you log in: the site takes you to a change-password page until you do.

You are responsible for everything posted or done under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us through Contact Us if you believe someone else has access to your account.

Job ads must be truthful and lawful, and must not discriminate unlawfully against anyone.

You may only post a job ad for a job that you or your business is actually offering. You may not post an ad on behalf of someone else without their authority to do so.

Job^Rush may hide any ad that breaks these rules, at any time and without notice.

Publishing an ad and republishing an ad cost a fee; so do ordering a CV review and posting a one-off job, once the site offers them. Prices are shown on the site before you pay, in Australian dollars, with GST included; the receipt for your payment shows the GST component separately.

A discount code, where you have one, is applied at checkout and reduces the price you pay.

There are no refunds. Ads, CV reviews and one-off job postings are software items: Job^Rush has no reliable way to prove whether, or how much, of the service was delivered either way, so once a payment is made it is final.

A published ad has no expiry date. It stays active until you hide it, or Job^Rush hides it under section 3.

Republishing an ad moves it back to the top of the list, as if newly published. It does not create a second ad.

As a job seeker, you may keep one CV on your account, stored privately.

When you apply for a job, a copy of your CV as it stood at that moment is sent to the employer and kept with that application. If you later change or remove your profile CV, the copy already sent with an earlier application does not change.

An employer who receives your CV and application details through Job^Rush may only use them to consider you for that vacancy, and must not pass them on to anyone else, except where you have separately opted in to Talent Search (section 7).

When you apply for a job and the employer arranges an interview or a training session with you, the employer can record whether you attended it, or record that you did not show up. The employer can also mark you as hired, or as not of interest for the role.

These records are kept as counts, not as free-text comments, for 24 months. They are shown to employers only: you do not see your own record.

If you believe a record about you is wrong, contact us through Contact Us. Job^Rush can remove a record on a dispute.

Talent Search is opt-in. Your headline, skills and suburb, and your CV if you choose to include it, are shown to employers only if you switch Talent Search on in your profile.

An employer using Talent Search can contact you through the site, up to a daily limit of contacts per employer. Your email address is never shown to them directly: the message reaches you through Job^Rush.

Only an employer can propose an interview, and only for a job seeker who has applied to one of their ads. Proposals are made through the site's calendar.

As a job seeker, you can accept or decline a proposed interview.

Job^Rush provides the booking tool. It does not guarantee that a proposed interview goes ahead, or that either side keeps to the arrangement.

This section describes the one-off jobs part of Job^Rush: a member of the public posting a small job (for example, a repair around the house), and contractors quoting on it. This part of the site is not built yet; these rules apply when that section opens.

Posting a one-off job costs a fee, paid before the job is shown publicly. A contractor's quote is free unless the site says otherwise at the time.

If you post a one-off job and accept a contractor's quote, your name, phone number and email address are given to that contractor only, so the job can go ahead. They are not given to any other contractor.

A contractor's licence number, where one is given, is shown exactly as supplied. Job^Rush does not verify it.

Job^Rush is a directory for one-off jobs as well: it is not a party to the work arranged between a poster and a contractor.

You must not use any automated tool to scrape, copy or collect the site's content, or the details of other users.

You must not send spam, or unsolicited or misleading messages, to anyone through the site.

You must not post false information anywhere on the site, including in a job ad, an application, a profile or a message to another user.

Job^Rush is a directory only. We do not warrant the outcome of any job, application, interview, hire, CV review or one-off job arranged through the site.

To the extent the law allows, Job^Rush's liability for anything arising from your use of the site is excluded or limited.
